From our family to you: 100% pure raw honey We have several bee hives in the front yard and our bees have been very prolific collecting the most aromatic honey. This is a residential neighborhood that borders a Tennessee State Natural Area. This honey has extraordinary rich and complex flavor - nothing like mono-culture clover or alfalfa honey. The bees forage the flowering trees: black locust, which is endemic to our area; cherry, plum, peach, almond, pear trees from our orchard; bushes (blackberry, honeysuckle), and a variety of wild flowers. We do not use chemicals or process the honey. Honey can be preserved for a very long time as it practically never spoils. It will, however, crystallize after 1 or 2 years, depending on the nectar source collected by bees. If you are interested in honey that is not extracted from the frames, check our listing of honeycomb. DO NOT FEED HONEY TO INFANTS UNDER 1 YEAR of AGE.
